Where we deliver
Crocslink ships within France métropolitaine only. We do not deliver to DOM-TOM, other French overseas territories, or any other country.
Order handling
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Orders placed after cut-off on Friday, or during the weekend, begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, the carrier normally delivers within 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Weather, carrier workload and local access issues can add a day or two.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for every order within France métropolitaine. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours after dispatch, contact us and we will check it for you.
If delivery is late
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days after the expected delivery window, email us at info@crocslink.my or call +33 646204435. We will open a trace with the carrier.
