  2. When a contract is formed
    A sales contract between you and Crocslink is formed when all of the following happen: you complete the checkout; we send you an order confirmation email; and your payment is successfully authorised. Before that point, we may refuse or cancel an order.
  3. Prices
    All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT (TTC). Shipping is free within France métropolitaine. There are no hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
  4. Payment
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Crocslink does not store your full card number or security code.
  5. Order refusal and cancellation
    We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if a price was clearly listed incorrectly, if we suspect fraud or illegal activity, or if the delivery address is outside our delivery area. If this happens, we refund any amount already paid.
  6. Intellectual property
    The content on this website — text, images, logos, page design and layout — belongs to Crocslink or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  7. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, Crocslink is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website or from products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
